Grilled Duck is a delicious and popular dish from Laos. It features succulent grilled duck that’s marinated with flavorful herbs and spices, creating a mouthwatering combination of tastes.
Normally, one would eat Grilled Duck with sticky rice, fresh vegetables, such as lettuce, cucumber, and mint leaves, and accompany with dipping sauce like a spicy chili sauce or tamarind sauce.
But for tonight I eat the grilled duck with vegetables, herbs, and spicy sweet and sour dipping sauce since I’m limiting my carbohydrates intake.
