Grilled Tilapia Fish Wraps (Pun Pa Nin; ພັນປານິນ; Miang Pa Nin; ໝ້ຽງປານິນ) for lunch in Vientiane, Laos. This is one of my favorite dishes to eat when I go to Laos.
I like the grilled fish wrapped in lettuce or cabbage with various herbs and rice noodle, then top it off with the tangy sauce.
I can eat Pun Pa for lunch or dinner with no problem. Maybe one day I might try it for breakfast.
