Yarrow, Achillea millefolium L is wild plant commonly found in Europe and North America. It has a typical chamomile like scent and grows from 15-50 cm high.
In The Netherlands, Yarrow can be found on nutrient-rich, disturbed soil on roadsides, on dike slopes, in grassland and on fallow sites. The plant is tough and can withstand drought and full sun.
I have three pots of Yarrow plant in the garden for the first time this year. Hopefully it will come back next year when I relocated the plant to the back yard after the blooming season is over.
