For the dressing, you’ll need the following ingredients: lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, sauce mak len (tomato sauce) and sauce mak phet (chili sauce).
Combine all the ingredients together and mix well. Top off the salad with chopped roasted peanuts.
For the salad mixture, you’ll need the following ingredients: steamed or boiled Moo Yor, carrot, chilies, pickled garlic, green onion, cilantro or coriander, sweet onion, white seaweed, and chopped roasted peanuts.
