Spicy Eggplant Salad

The spicy eggplant salad is made the same way as Tum Mak Houng or Lao Green Papaya Salad with the exception of no tomato in it and using small green aubergine as the main ingredient.

Fried Tilapia Fish

The deep Fried Pa Nin Fish goes great with Tum Mak Kheua and freshly cooked sticky rice.
