I ate fruits salad with soy milk for breakfast and didn’t know what to have for lunch. I didn’t go to a Chinese grocery store over the weekend so there is not much in the fridge, except for a package of chili pepper and two packages of dried noodle in the cupboard.
Lunch was made within 20 minutes and its was a good lunch and reminded me of the tum khao phoon I bought in Vientiane last year for 8,000 KIP.
