My Aunt is cooking the raw version of the Fish Tartare for the rest of the family members. While my relatives in Pakse would consume the Larb Pa entire raw, the Vientiane relatives don’t dare eat raw fish for health reasons. This type of Larb Pa is very popular in Laos whether cooked or raw.
