Fruits for the morning snack, carrot cake and cappuccino for afternoon snack, and kuay chi (grilled banana) and thoup man thon (grilled cassava that has been crushed and covered with sugar) for snack before dinner in Luang Prabang, Laos.
It was a heavy day for me with plenty of snacks and three square meals per day. Let’s just say I was walking around town all day to get rid of the calories!
