Tam Mak Hoong (ຕຳຫມາກຫຸ່ງ Lao Green Papaya Salad) and Som Moo (ສົ້ມຫມູ Soured Pork) for lunch in Luang Prabang, Laos. I did not made my lunch but rather bought both dishes from a papaya salad stall somewhere near the Mekong River.
It was a simple and delicious lunch with freshly steamed sticky rice and side vegetables to go with the papaya salad.
