Tam Mak Hoong (Lao Green Papaya Salad) and Ping Sien Lod (Grilled Lao Beef Jerky) for lunch in Vientiane, Laos. The green papaya salad had a few crabs in it since there are plenty of crabs available around this time of year.

Tam Mak Hoong and Ping Sien Lod is a good combination with freshly cooked sticky rice.

There was also Grilled Pork Jerky in addition to the Beef Jerky to make everyone happy with their meat choices.
