Tam Maak Hoong and Khua Mie

Lao Green Papaya Salad (Tam Maak Hoong; ຕໍາໝາກຫຸ່ງ; Tam Som; ຕໍາສົ້ມ) and Lao Fried Noodle (Khua Mie; ຂົ້ວໜີ່) for lunch in Phonsavan, Xiangkhouang, Laos.

I thought it was a nice touch to have sliced tomato and bamboo shoot in the fried noodle. It was the first time for me to eat Khua Mie with additional ingredients other than pork blood cube and bean sprouts in it. The fried noodle went well with Kiep Moo (pork rinds) and Lao Green Papaya Salad.
