Steamed Pandan Layer Cake ( Khao Pard Xun; ເຂົ້າປາດຊັ້ນ ) for dessert after a Baci Ceremony in Vientiane, Laos.
My relatives have been busy preparing various Lao Food dishes and a couple of desserts to serve the guests that will be attending the Baci Ceremony for a new baby in the family.
It took awhile to make this ten layers of this pandan cake but everyone will enjoy eating it and hopefully lots of luck will be showering on the new baby boy and his family.
