I do like Tum Mie Mama or Spicy Mama Noodle Salad but it’s a bit expensive comparing to Conimex Wok Noodles at Dutch grocery store. I decided to make Spicy Conimex Wok Noodles Salad with meatballs, using fish balls and beef balls mix with Chinese flowering broccoli, string beans, and Baby Bok Choy. The salad uses the same ingredients as making green papaya salad with the following: chili peppers, shrimp paste, crab paste, tamarind, lime juice, sugar, fish sauce, tomatoes, and small green aubergines.
What is my verdict? I found Conimex Wok Noodles to taste better for Tum Mie than using Mama Noodles package. But don’t take my words for it and test it out for yourself to see which noodles brand would suit you better.
