Pa Buakham is well known for her delicious Jeow Bong (Pa Buakham Brand) in Luang Prabang, Laos. Her shop carries Som Moo or Soured Pork sausage, shrimp paste, crab paste, Kanom Kee Meo, and other ready to eat items, and other dried products.
I don’t like to eat pork but when I go to Laos, I like to eat pork meat in Som Moo version with Tam Maak Hoong.
