Pun Pa or Fish Wrap for lunch in Vientiane, Laos. This is my favorite Lao Food dish after Tum Mak Houng and Kaeng Nor Mai.
Whenever I am in Laos, I like to treat myself to Pun Pa at least once since it costs so much less than in Holland. It’s also fresher and there are more herbs and vegetables available for a complete meal.
