Pork and Eggplant Soup (Kaeng Moo with Mak Kheua) for lunch in Vientiane, Laos. Aunt Phone used the small round green eggplants in the soup with tomato and green onion. The Pork and Eggplant Soup was served with Jeow Mak Len (Spicy Roasted Tomato Sauce) and warm sticky rice.

I have never eaten Pork and Eggplant Soup before. Aunt Phone said Kaeng Moo with Mak Kheua is very good and goes well with Jeow Mak Len.
