It’s a simple, peasant dinner but quite delicious. It’s one of the favorite Lao Food dishes of my father. He makes his own Pickled Mustard Green and can eat this meal combination everyday with plenty of freshly cooked sticky rice and Jeow Maak Phet (chili dipping sauce).
