My cousin Khek usually gets up at 5:20 AM in the morning to cook sticky rice for the Morning Alms Offering. She would then makes breakfast for everyone and tends to her morning chores before heading off to National University of Laos. Warm sticky rice was served next to the grilled chicken and Jeow Phak Ekou.
