During the first week of my battle with the flu I didn’t have much appetite or energy to cook. I tried to make some food that I know is good for me like chicken soup or rice soup with eggs. After staying in bed for several days I decided to eat something with more flavor. I got myself out of bed and bought me a roasted chicken from the local chicken stand and made two cups of steamed brown rice to go with it. Then I took out a small package of Laocook Homemade Jeow Bong to add more life to the meal. It was quite delicious and put a big smile on my face.
