It’s a busy day with no time to prepare a meal, so lunch was bought from the local market (Kok Pho Market). Today is a lucky day with supply of crab available for the Padek stock (fermented fish sauce), which makes the salad more tasty.
It was a delicious lunch with plenty of freshly steamed sticky and side vegetables to go with the Tam Mak Hoong.
