It’s not a surprise when I go to Laos, I would try green papaya salad wherever I go. The winner is no other than Papaya Salad Restaurant, locates in Ban Vat Nong.
Nang Thim is the name of the papaya salad maker and she only sells papaya salad and nothing else. Her style of shredding the papaya salad is unusual with a wide and thin long strip, rather than tiny strip like what most of us would do.
After a plate of spicy papaya salad, then it was cool down time with fresh young coconut juice and iced coffee.
