Ordering pancake for lunch in Vang Vieng, Laos. It has become a ritual when we visit this “Farang Town”, we would order pancake “roti” for ourselves or to take back to Vientiane as gift for friends and family members.
I have only eaten pancake in Vang Vieng twice in my life. My relatives said the Vang Vieng version tastes so much better than in Vientiane. When any of them visit Vang Vieng, they would get dozens of orders from co-workers, family members and friends to bring back the famous Vang Vieng pancake.
