New Year’s Eve or NYE dinner in Holland with sushi and sashimi ordered from Wasabi Restaurant in Rotterdam and Laotian fondue. It was a fish and seafood theme once again. I like to eat sushi and sashimi but I also wanted warm food and Laotian fondue with fish ball, fish, and shrimp, and some vegetables was a bonus for me. The soup stock is made for Tom Yum Koong with plenty of spices just the way I like it.
