It was Lao Food and Japanese Food for the countdown to 2012. I made Koong Chae Nam Pa or Prawns with Chili Fish Sauce Dressing and cooked a kilo of shellfish to go with spicy dipping sauce. The main dish was no other than a take out from Hamachi Japanese Restaurant in Schiedam with Sushi and Sashimi menu. Just to make sure I won’t be hungry at the end of the night, I also bought a dozen of finest Gillardau oysters to complete the meal.
