Mok Pa Siew (Steamed Minnow Fish) for dinner in Pakse, Laos. Aunt Phet made the steamed fish and Kaeng Hed Nang Lom (Oyster mushroom soup) with steamed sticky rice for her family.
I didn’t ask if one of my cousins went looking for Pa Siew or they bought it from Talat Dao Heuang (Pakse Market). It sure looks like a nice dinner and a healthy one too.
