Minced Pork Salad (Larb Moo or Koy Moo ລາບຊີ້ນຫມູ ກ້ອຍຊີ້ນຫມູ) with Pork and Vegetable Soup for dinner in Vientiane, Laos.
My Aunt grilled the lean pork before thinly sliced the meat for the salad. She said it makes the Larb Moo or Koy Moo tastes better than cooking the minced meat in a pan. I’m not a big fan or pork but it was a good dinner and I like the soup very much with lots of vegetables in it.
