Miang Muang Luang for an afternoon snack in Vientiane, Laos. My aunts didn’t have the time to make this savory snack and bought a few bags from a food vendor at Boun That Luang. It was delicious but not as good as how my Aunt Phet in Pakse would make it from scratch by drying the sticky rice and frying it.
