During my stay in Luang Prabang I was fortunate enough to be introduced to the famous Khao Leng Feun. I have heard of Khao Leng Feun and have seen a photo of it. But I had no idea of how it would taste. When I was invited for a bowl of Khao Leng Fuen, I took the opportunity to make some photos and video clips to share with the world.
I was only able to make a recording of the “soup stock” part of making Khao Leng Feun. The relatives already made a jar of meat paste for Khao Leng Feun. They also use the meat paste in Khao Soy and can save time by making a big batch to last several days.
