Larb Beef and Lao Stew as leftovers from dinner for breakfast in Vientiane, Laos. My cousin made fried fish and Soop Phak (warm vegetable salad) as additional dishes for everyone.
It was a nice breakfast with plenty of freshly steamed sticky rice and Jeow Bong (Luang Prabang chili paste) to go with the fried fish and warm vegetable salad.
