The Lao Food Festival 2008 in Vientiane was a chance for stew lovers to sample the famous dishes from various regions of Laos. Some of the Lao stew like Kang Kee Lek is quite difficult to make for the average Lao citizens. It takes a great deal of time and patience to produce excellent Kang Kee Lek with a perfect blend of bitterness and taste.
