Tam Maak Hoong (Lao Green Papaya Salad) with Ping Pa Nin (Grilled Tilapia Fish) for dinner in Vientiane, Laos.
My Aunt Phone made the Tam Maak Hoong with a few cooked crabs in the salad. My Aunt Kian made the Ping Pa Nin, stuffed with herbs and sea salt for seasoning. It was a good dinner with freshly cooked sticky rice. I can eat Lao Green Papaya Salad any day of the week for lunch or dinner.
