What was served on Day 40 during my two months trip to Laos. We started out with Khao Larm for breakfast. Then for lunch the two Aunts made Laap beef or Lao minced beef salad and soup to go with the dish.

For dinner it was another home cooking time with string beans salad, fried fish, and home made Lao sausage. To make a complete meal, a fish soup was put on the table.
