Lao Cucumber Salad

Making spicy Lao cucumber salad for lunch in Vientiane, Laos. I don’t like my salad to be too spicy so I only used two chili peppers this time and didn’t use garlic due to allergy. I used shrimp paste, salt, sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, and tamarind juice for seasonings.

It was delicious and refreshing with freshly cooked sticky rice.
