Kaeng Nor Mai ແກງໜໍ່ໄມ້ (Lao Bamboo Shoot Soup) for breakfast in Vientiane, Laos. My aunt made the soup with pork leg and added pumpkin and Phak Kayang ຜັກຂະແຍງ (Rice Paddy Herb) for the finishing touch.
It was a simple but good breakfast with freshly steamed sticky rice and Jeow (chili dipping sauce) served on the side.
