I don’t eat pork on a regular basis and when I do it’s either in the form of laap moo or minced spicy pork salad and som moo or sour pork sausage. Laap Moo is usually the dish I often asked my Mama to make when I go home for the holidays.
I would sit in the plane for hours thinking about how great it would taste when I get home for dinner. The dish is even for special because all herbs and spices are home grown. There’s nothing like going home and running through the garden, picking out the best chili peppers and green aubergines to have for a meal.
