I’ve been treating myself good Lao food whenever I have a chance to make some thing for dinner. For this particular night I went to my favorite fish store in Den Haag and bought half a kilo of fresh prawns and Vongola Verace or clams from Italy, well as fresh as the shipment arrived in Holland.
I made Koong Chae Nam Pa or Prawns with Chili Fish Sauce and Phun Hoy Lye or Clams Wrap in two kinds of spicy dipping sauce. It was a delicious dinner and I had the best seat in the house. 🙂
