I bought a bag of Pak Wan a few days ago and decided to make Khua Pak Wan ( Stir-fried Pak Wan vegetable) for dinner. I made it the same way as cooking Khua Pak Bong ( Stir-fried Water Spinach ) with a little bit of meat and sweet onion.

I used fish sauce, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and a pinch of black pepper for seasonings. It was delicious with steamed brown rice and Jeow Mak Len (Tomato Chutney).
