Khua Pak Wan (Stir-Fry Pak Wan Vegetables) and Jeow Mak Len (Tomato Chutney) for breakfast in Vientiane, Laos. My cousin Khek made the Stir-Fry and adding chicken and eggs with the Pak Wan vegetables. She also made the Tomato Chutney to go with the Stir-Fry Pak Wan vegetables.

Freshly cooked sticky rice was put along side Khua Pak Wan and Jeow Mak Len for a hearty breakfast.
