I was going to have Khao Poon Nam Kati for breakfast at my favorite Khao Poon stall at the Morning Market in Luang Prabang but there was no one there on this particular morning. I asked a few merchants near by about what happened to the stall and they told me since it is around Lao New Year, the family selling Khao Poon has duties at the local temple.
After walking around a few minutes I found another food stall selling Khao Poon Nam Jeow and Khao Poon Nam Phik.
