My Aunt also made Jeow Mak Len (Spicy Roasted Tomato Chutney) and plenty of steamed sticky rice to serve with the Jackfruit Soup. It was a simple and delicious meal and reminded me of how my mother often made the soup for us when we were little kids in Vientiane, Laos.
