As much as I love eating Lao food, I also enjoy the rich taste of Indonesian food. I tend to eat the same dishes though, mainly spicy shrimps, spicy beans, and spicy aubergines. I need to learn how to make these dishes for myself and to test them out on the relatives in Laos.

This is what I had for dinner on April 25, 2010: Garnalen (shrimp), Blado Aubergine, Sambal Goreng boontjes.
