Grilled Tilapia Fish Wrap (Phan Pa Nin ພັນປານິນ, ໝ້ຽງປານິນ) for dinner in Vientiane, Laos. We bought the fish from a market for the grilling and bought ready made dipping sauce as well.
We didn’t have all the ingredients, missing the star fruit (maak feuang) for the sour taste. The tomato was good enough as substitute for the star fruit and went well with the rest of the wrapping ingredients. I was busy doing other things and eating other things to make a video clip of my cousin grilling the fish.
