Grilled Fish Wrap and Noodle Wrap (Phan Pa ພັນປາ; ໝ້ຽງປາ) for lunch in Vientiane, Laos. I went to Kok Pho Market (Talat Kok Pho) at Ban Wattay to buy two sets of the Grilled Tilapia Fish with Noodle, vegetables, herbs, and spicy sauce wrap to take to my relatives for lunch.
The Tilapia fishes were stuffed with lemongrass, dill, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves, then seasoned with plenty salt on the outside before grilling to perfection.
A set of Grilled Fish and Noodle Wrap came with rice vermicelli noodle, lettuce, cabbage, various fresh herbs, roasted peanuts, and the merchant’s family dipping sauce (Jeow Phan Pa) for a great take out. This is street food as best as you can get in Vientiane, Laos.
It was a convenient lunch, not having to cook, wrapping each bite individually with all the ingredients for a mouth watering meal at an affordable prices.
