Last night’s dinner with Lao green papaya salad, winged bean, and water spinach. I didn’t have any ping kai or grilled chicken and warm sticky rice to go with the salad because I was not that hungry.
I had a cup of cappuccino and carrot cake two hours before making dinner and only green papaya salad was enough to last me until the next day.
Right now two cups of sticky rice is soaking and waiting for tonight’s dinner. I will also make ping kai using chicken breast. Can’t wait for dinner in a few hours!
