Tam Maak Hoong (Lao Green Papaya Salad) with Ping Kai Nguang (Grilled Turkey) for dinner. I used only the turkey breast part for the grilling. I have never made Ping Kai using turkey before. I thought it would be a good tasting experiment to try when I saw turkey breast on sale at the supermarket.
I didn’t cook any type of rice to go with the meal. There were plenty of the salad and the grilled turkey already and I even had some left-over after dinner. It was a delicious meal and I would make this combination again in the future.
