Fried Spring Rolls (Jeun Yor) for dinner in Vientiane, Laos. It was delicious with sweet and sour peanut dipping sauce. We made a big meal out of the Fried Spring Rolls by making Pun Jeun Yor or Fried Spring Rolls Wrap. We used lettuce and herbs to wrap pieces of the spring rolls with Khao Poon Noodle and dip in the sauce.
