Breakfast in Vang Vieng, Laos with French Toast and Lao Coffee. I wanted to take a break from eating Lao Food for breakfast and have a comfort food that I would eat now and then back in Holland.
I usually eat fruits for breakfast with soy milk in Holland. Now and then I would treat myself to Dutch pancake or French toast (made by myself). It was a nice change of menu to treat my cousin to a western breakfast today, rather than having Khao Poon, Mee Kati, or Khao Phiak.
