Grilled Fish Wrap (Pun Pa; ພັນປາ; Miang Pa; ໝ້ຽງປາ) for dinner in Vientiane, Laos. My cousin and I went to Kok Pho Market (Talat Kok Pho) to buy a few fishes, herbs, and vegetables, and other ingredients to make fish wrap.
It was not a difficult meal to make. My cousin cleaned the fishes, stuffed them with herbs, and seasoned with salt. I washed the herbs and vegetables for the wrapping part. We bought a Fish Wrap Sauce (Jeow Pun Pa) from the market to save some time. My cousin also made sweet and sour dipping sauce for those relatives that are not fond of the store bought sauce.
