Tilapia Fish Wrap (Phan Pa Nin) for dinner in Vientiane, Laos. It was my cousin’s turn to make dinner and she decided to make Phan Pa Nin for all of us.
She did most of the preparing and cooking of the fish. The only thing she didn’t make was the Fish Wrap Sauce that was bought at Kok Pho Market in Vientiane, Laos. The favorite sauce brand for the relatives is no other than Mae Daeng Lao Sauce.
