Fish Soup (Kaeng Pa) and Jeow Mak Len (Roasted Tomato and Chili Pepper Sauce) for lunch in Vientiane, Laos. Aunt Phone made the fish soup with cabbage and plenty of tomatoes. She also made the dipping sauce to go with the soup.
The meal was served with warm sticky rice as well as steamed Jasmine Rice. It was a simple but delicious lunch for the entire family members.
